to the Council Offices. Trained Customer Service Officers who can
deal with Council Service enquiries. We also work in
partnership with other external organisations to enhance the
services we provide.

You can make payments in the following
- Debit or Credit Card either using our
Automated phoneline - 01902 696678 or by calling us on 01902 696000
and speaking to one of our Customer Services Advisors.
- You can still pay by Cheque or Cash
by putting your payment in our new payment box in Customer
Services. All you need to do is pop your payment and a reference
number in one of our envelopes and put it into the box.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue receipts for cash/cheque
- You can also make payments at
your nearest Post Office or any Paypoint outlet – just take along
your bar-coded bill.
