Fitness Suite
The re-vamped fitness
suite at Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre re-opened to the public in
December 2007.
The suite is equipped with the latest Pulse Fitness
equipment including individual viewing screens enabling users
to view their favourite programs whilst exercising. It was
also the second of the Energise Fitness Suites to
include a 'Vibaxis' machine, this enables users to exercise
using vibration technology to improve muscle strength and help
reduce body fat.
A consultation room is also
available, where customers can receive advice from our qualified
fitness professionals.
So that you enjoy using the
equipment we ask all new members to undertake our induction course,
where we show you exactly how to use the equipment, and can answer
any queries you may have with regards your fitness regime.
Admittance of
Carers
Did you know that if you are attending a swimming pool or
fitness suite session in order to care for somebody, you may be
entitled to free entry into the facilities. For more information
visit the Leisure Linx or Promotions page, or alternatively contact
one of South Staffordshire Councils Leisure Centres direct.
