Planning

Our PublicAccess system allows you full access to view all of the planning applications that have been submitted to the council.  You can search through them by application reference, property address or even by application type.  The full details of the application are displayed as well as a full map of the location and other related information.

We have joined forces with the Planning Portal to allow you to create and submit planning applications electronically.  This service not only allows you to generate a plan of the site, it also allows all the related documentation to be attached to the application for electronic submission.  In the future we hope to allow this system to take your payments electronically as well.

Job Vacancies

Our new job vacancies system will allow you to submit applications for Council job opportunities online. 

The system allows you to work on applications over several days or even weeks, gradually saving as you go.  It will also support pasting of key text from Microsoft Word and will save your education and employment history should you choose to apply for another job with the Council.
