CELEBRATING 50
YEARS
South Staffordshire couple,
John and Beryl Farrington of Essington celebrated their Golden
Wedding Anniversary on Friday 30th September. Mr & Mrs.
Farrington received a surprise visit from the Chairman of South
Staffordshire Council, Cllr. Mrs. Sonja Oatley MBE, who presented
the couple with a bouquet of flowers for their big day, before they
went on a Cruise of the Nile to celebrate.
Mr and Mrs Farrington have a
son and a daughter, six grandchildren and five great
grandchildren.
Councillor Oatley said:
“I am very pleased to visit
Beryl and John and present them with flowers for their Golden
Wedding Anniversary. I would like to offer them my
congratulations and very best wishes on such a special day”.
