LILIAN REACHES 100 YEARS

 

Lilian Lockley of Queens Gardens, Codsall, achieved her centenary birthday on Tuesday 29th November and received a surprise visit from the Chairman of South Staffordshire Council, Councillor Mrs. Sonja Oatley MBE, who presented her with a bouquet of flowers for her special day.

 

Mrs Lockley celebrated with her family.  She has one son, two granddaughters, three great grandsons and a great, great granddaughter. Lilian was originally from Wolverhampton and has lived in Codsall for the past 30 years.

 

Councillor Oatley said:

 

“I am delighted to visit Mrs. Lockley on her 100th birthday and offer her my congratulations and best wishes on her achievement.”
