services to enable better, faster and more transparent access to
those services which you are entitled or required to use.

Please note: the computer system for Council
Tax and Business Rates was changed in November 2010. This has
changed the last digit in the reference number for most of our
customers. You can still pay using the old reference number. The
new reference number will show in the shopping basket.
Our online payments service allows you to pay:
- Council Tax
- Business Rates
- Council Invoices (Sundry debtors)
- Council Mortgages
- Rent for Hinksford Mobile Home Park
- Penalty Charge Notification (Parking
Fine)
You can pay by credit or debit card and you will receive an
email receipt and reference number or alternatively you can print a
receipt after you have paid.
This is a very secure service protected by our 128 bit encrypted
secure server.

Planning
Our PublicAccess system allows you full access to view
all of the planning applications that have been submitted to the
council. You can search through them by application
reference, property address or even by application type. The
full details of the application are displayed as well as a full map
of the location and other related information.

Planning Application
We have joined forces with the Planning Portal to allow you to
create and submit planning applications
electronically. This service not only allows you to
generate a plan of the site, it also allows all the related
documentation to be attached to the application for electronic
submission. In the future we hope to allow this system to
take your payments electronically as well.

Job
Vacancies
Our new job vacancies system will allow you to submit
applications for Council job
opportunities online.
The system allows you to work on applications over several
days or even weeks, gradually saving as you go. It will also
support pasting of key text from Microsoft Word and will save your
education and employment history should you choose to apply for
another job with the Council.
