The Forward Plan sets out decisions that are termed as "key
decisions" at least 28 calendar days before they are due to be
taken by the Cabinet.
A key decision is one which involves expenditure or
savings in excess of £300,000 or has a significant affect on two or
more wards within the District.
South Staffordshire Council
publishes a Forward Plan to give notice of and an opportunity
for consultation on the key decisions it proposes to take.
Each key decision is listed under
the specific service area to which it relates and has a unique
reference number. Where an individual decision by a member of the
Cabinet is made the member of the Cabinet who will be making
the decisions is also indicated.
The key decisions currently being
proposed are listed in the Schedule of Decisions.
The Forward Plan will be updated on a monthly basis.
If you have any recommendations or
comments about any of the proposed decisions you should contact the
appropriate member of the Cabinet. Contact details are set
out in the proposal document(s) and may be viewed by clicking onto
the name of the appropriate member of the Cabinet below.
Recommendations or comments must be
made on or before the date on which the decision is to be taken, or
where the decision date is not stated within the Forward Plan
within fourteen days of commencement of the plan period.
