Note:
(i) This key decision is
submitted for scrutiny in accordance with the Budget and Policy
Framework Procedure Rules.
(ii) Would members please
bring their copy of the Draft Medium Term Financial Strategy and
2007/2008 Budget proposals, previously circulated for the meeting
of the Executive on 5th December, 2006 (Agenda Item
9).
(iii) To enable detailed and
informed scrutiny/debate on the proposals, would members please
e.mail any specific questions to the Head of Governance and
Scrutiny Services and the relevant Portfolio Holder by not later
than 13th December, 2006.
