4. Joint Report of the Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer re: Annual Review of the Council’s Constitution.

Note: Completion of this report has been delayed to enable amendments arising from the implementation of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act, 2007 to be taken into account in the review.  As it is necessary for the Council to adopt its Constitution for 2008/2009 at its Annual Meeting on 6^th May, 2008; the Chairman of the Regulatory Committee has agreed that, in view of these special circumstances, the joint report should be considered at this meeting as a matter of urgency.

5. Report of the Development Control Manager re: Planning Applications (copy attached).
