Report of the Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring
Officer re: Annual Review of the Council’s Constitution (to
follow)
Note: Completion of this report has been delayed
due to the late publication by the Department for Communities and
Local Government of information etc. required to be taken into
account in the review. As it is necessary for the Council to
adopt its Constitution for 2007/2008 at its Annual Meeting on
15th May, 2007; the Chairman of the Regulatory Committee
has agreed that, in view of these special circumstances, the joint
report should be considered at this meeting as a matter of
urgency.
