5  (i) “Commissioning a Patient Led NHS” Proposals - Responses to re-consultation stage from various stakeholders (as submitted to the Department of Health by Staffordshire Strategic Health Authority (copy attached).  NB: The Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 22^nd September, 2005 concurred with the formal view of the Staffordshire Council Leaders and Chief Executives that there was insufficient information available for an informed view to be given at this stage. 

                     

(ii)  Joint response to the Department of Health to the pre-consultation exercise from Birmingham and the Black Country SHA, Shropshire and Staffordshire  SHA  and West Midlands SHA (copy attached).

 

(iii)  Press release from Staffordshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust re:

reconfiguration  proposals (copy attached).   NB – arrangements are being made for Staffordshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust to give a presentation to the Scrutiny Committee during the consultation period.
