COMMITTEE will be held in the Bill Brownhill Room, Council
Offices, Codsall, on Monday, 31st March, 2008, at
2.00p.m. when I hope it will be convenient for you to
attend.

Part 1 – Public Session
1. Minutes. To confirm the minutes
of the meeting of the Standards Committee held on 12th
November, 2007, as a correct record (copy attached).
2. Apologies.
3. Declarations of Interest.
4. Implications of the Local Government
and Public Involvement in Health Act, 2007 for the Standards
Committee – Report of the
Monitoring Officer (copy attached).
Note: at the conclusion of the meeting
the members of the Standards Committee will be invited to discuss,
informally, the standards etc, to be adopted in the execution of
its new roles.
5. Schedule for future meetings: to
agree:-
(i) that the Standards Committee will
meet quarterly in June, September, December, 2008 and March/April,
2009, on dates to be agreed by the Chairman.
(ii) that a proposed work programme for
the 2008/2009 Municipal Year be considered at the June, 2008
meeting.
