A meeting of the SOUTH
STAFFORDSHIRE JOINT PARKING COMMITTEE will be held in the Bill
Brownhill Room, Council Offices, Codsall, on Thursday, 30th July,
2009, at 2.30p.m. when I hope it will be convenient for you to

Appointment of Chairman

(NB. |
(i) |
The agreement with Staffordshire County Council specifies that
the chairmanship of the Joint Parking Committee shall
alternate between South Staffordshire Council Members and
Staffordshire County Council Members. |

(ii)
|
The Chairman of the Joint Parking Committee for the Municipal
Year 2008/2009 was a South Staffordshire Council member therefore
the Chairman for the Municipal Year 2009/2010 should be a County
Councillor.

(iii) |
South Staffordshire Council at its meeting on 2nd December, 2008
adopted an informal protocol whereby when the Chairman of the South
Staffordshire Joint Parking Committee is a District Councillor the
Vice-Chairman shall be a County Council nominated member and
vice-versa).

Appointment of Vice-Chairman
(NB. - See Note 1 above).

|
To confirm the minutes of the meeting of the Joint Committee
held on 29th
January, 2009 (copy attached).

Report of the County Nominated Officer - the CNO has requested
that the following reports submitted to the Staffordshire Parking
Board on 13th July, 2009 be circulated to the Joint Committee:-
