TO:- ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the South
Staffordshire Council will be held in the Council Chamber, Council
Offices, Codsall, on Tuesday, 14th December, 2010, at 7.00p.m., for
the purpose of transacting the business set out below.

(i) |
The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act, 2007
specifies that the resolution to make the change in
governance arrangements must be
passed:-

(a)
|
at a meeting which is specifically convened for the purpose of
deciding the resolution with notice of the object;
|

|
(b) |
by a majority of at least two thirds of members voting on
it |
|
|
(ii) |
An ordinary meeting of the Council will be held at
the conclusion of the Special Meeting] |
