Budget and Policy Framework Procedure Rules.

Would members please bring their copy of the Draft Medium Term
Financial Strategy and 2010/2011 Budget proposals, previously
circulated for the meeting of the Executive on 12th January, 2010
(Agenda Item 6). Should members wish to request a copy of the
papers for either meeting, please contact Governance and Scrutiny
Services at your earliest convenience for arrangements to be
made.

To enable detailed and informed
scrutiny/debate on the proposals, would members please e.mail any
specific questions to the Head of Governance and Scrutiny Services
and the relevant Portfolio Holder by not later than 18th January,
2010. |
