Chief Executive
Having worked for South Staffordshire Council
since 1999, Steve Winterflood was appointed as Chief Executive in
2009. Steve is responsible for running the council on a day-to-day
basis and also takes special responsibility for the work of our
Local Strategic Partnership
(LSP).
He is also the designated Returning Officer
and Electoral Registration Officer.
