Meetings are held at
Bilbrook Village Hall, Joeys Lane, Bilbrook.
Parish Council business is normally conducted on the first
Monday of every month and any other meetings will be announced. The
public and press are welcome to attend all meetings. Occasionally
at the end of meetings confidential matters are discussed when the
press and public will be excluded.
At all full council meeting’s there is a public open forum of 20
minutes 7.00pm – 7.20pm for the electors of the parish to raise any
matter they wish, so long as it appertains to the parish of
Bilbrook.
Formal commencement of full council meetings is at 7.20pm,
following this there is usually a meeting of the planning
committee.
*The Annual Parish Meeting of the Electorate will commence at
8.00pm.
