Working in partnership with Staffordshire County Council Highways Engineers, Landscape Planning Services provided innovative design solutions to enhance the basic engineering repair / reinstatement programme.

A full public consultation was carried out to ascertain material / detail choice, street furniture, and lighting to protect and enhance the environment within a conservation area. A stone acorn gargoyle was incorporated into the church wall. An artist's brief was also prepared and bespoke artwork features were incorporated into street furniture.
