Get Set Swimming Lessons
As part of the Get Set Swimming lessons scheme run by South
Staffordshire Council, Wombourne Leisure Centre currently has a
variety of swimming lessons on offer.
The swimming lesson scheme is designed to teach adults and
children from as young as 2 years old the initial stages of
water play right through to improve their swimming techniques in
all four strokes.
They will learn new skills that will allow them to progress from
swimming in shallow water by gaining confidence that will allow
them to swim competently in deep water. All classes are instructed
by qualified swimming instructors, last 30 minutes and take place
at times to suit everybody’s needs.
New customers can enrol from 17th August 2010.
Existing customers can enrol from 27th July 2010.
Payment on booking is essential and places are limited.
