Train to be a Lifeguard at Wombourne Leisure Centre

 

An RLSS National Pool Lifeguard course will run during the Easter half term holiday at Wombourne Leisure Centre for people to train to become qualified lifeguards allowing them to apply for lifeguard positions once qualified.

 

Entrants must be 16 years and over, able to swim 50 metres in under 60 seconds, surface dive to the bottom of a 2.0 metre pool to retrieve an object and tread water for 30 seconds.

 

The course runs from Monday 12th April 2010 to Friday 16th April 2010, 09.00-

18.00 with the final examination on the morning of Sunday 18th April.

 

The cost for the course is £210, which includes the course material and examination fee.
