The Toning Suite at Penridge Leisure Centre has undergone full redecoration and is now equipped with six state of the art, EasyTone Chairs and a multi master machine

The toning chairs are designed to exercise specific parts of your body without arduous exercise. Therefore they are ideally suited to all ages, especially the over 50's or those who have not exercised for a long period of time.

Our toning suites are open during the day as well as in the evenings. On your first visit you will receive a free trial.
