Development Management
Development Control deal with planning applications for
development within South Staffordshire. The following pages
give information and advice on what types of development need
planning permission and how to make a planning application.
Planning Applicaton details:

For current planning applications which have not yet been
decided by the Council you can view detailed drawings and
forms using the Planning
Document Viewer.
You will need the application reference number to do
this.
To find out about what stage a planning application has reached
you can view those details online including key dates, decisions
and much more (but not the plans or supporting documents) using the
Online
Planning System (Public Access). You can search by
address to find a planning application reference number.
Do I need Planning Permission?

Please read our Do I need
Planning Permission page. You may also find the Interactive
House,
Visual Guide to Porches and
Loft Conversion guides from Planning Portal useful.
Apply for Planning Permission:

We accept the submission of planning applications online via
the national Planning Portal service.
Paper forms can still be downloaded: Planning
