This estate was the first developed by the Council in the late 1980's and further extended in the early 1990's.

 

It occupies a prime location just off Bridgnorth Road, Wombourne.

The estate provides 50 units from 251 to 3,068 sq.ft with several of the units having adjoining compound/open storage facility.
