The Estate is the most
recent addition to the Council's Industrial Property Portfolio. In
total the Centre provides over 15,600 square feet of space in 13
units ranging in size from 807 to 1614 sq.ft. The Enterprise Centre
is off Latherford Close, Four Ashes. Four Ashes is mid-way between
the A449 Stafford Road and the A5 and within 3 miles of J2 of the
M54 and 2 miles of J12 of the M6.
Specification
The units are constructed of steel
portal frames and have insulated brickwork/blockwork cavity wall
construction with plastic coated steel profile cladding and
insulated roofs. Each unit is accessed by a 3 x 3m sectional roller

facilities. Mains water, electricity (including a 3 phase supply)
telephone point and drainage are all connected.
Lease Terms
Leases are available on flexible terms
subject to negotiation with the Council. All units are let on a
full repairing and insuring basis. All units are insured on a
common policy by the Council and the cost recovered from tenants.
Incoming tenants will be responsible for all reasonable legal costs
