completed in 1980. It occupies a prime location just off Junction 1
of the M54. The development has just the right sort of
accommodation for new and expanding small businesses at a very
competitive price. The Estate provides 16 units ranging in size
from 650 to 1,490 sq.ft. Several of the units have an adjoining
compound / open storage facility. The site is accessed off Bognop
Road via a private road.
Specification
The units are of brick and steel clad
construction and a lined pitched roof. Mains water, electricity
