The result of an extensive refurbishment project of old industrial buildings to provide 36 modern small and medium sized industrial units ideal for the small or expanding business. Lease Terms

Leases are available on flexible terms subject to negotiation with the Council. All units are let on a full repairing and insuring basis. All units are insured on a common policy by the Council and the cost recovered from tenants. Incoming tenants will be responsible for all reasonable legal costs incurred.
