Home Improvement Grants
South Staffordshire Council have available certain grants
relating to the improvement of housing and disabled
facilities. The background to this is described in the

Disabled Facilities Grants (Adaptation
Grants)
If you or someone living with you is disabled you may qualify
for a disabled facilities grant towards the cost of providing
necessary adaptations and facilities.
Decent Homes Grants
These are discretionary grants, which, in certain
circumstances, may provide limited financial help to enable
householders responsible for the repair, improvement or adaptation
of living accommodation, including mobile homes and
houseboats, to carry out the works needed.
