homeowners and those renting privately in the
district.
Why are 'Rockwarm' doing this work for FREE? What’s the
catch?

• They are a local family
run business and can make savings by doing local work
(they
wont be spending so much on diesel for
local jobs)
• They are able
to reduce travel time in between jobs – by insulating
local homes.
This means they are able to pass on
these savings to you, which means THEY CAN DO THE JOB FOR
FREE.
The terms and conditions are:
• Free cavity wall insulation for all
properties up to 120mtrs in size (with a normal 75mm cavity)
• Free loft insulation for all
properties up to 80mtrs in size (that have less than 60mm of
insulation existing – ie FREE 200mm and 250mm top ups)
• This offer is only for private
homeowners or private landlords and tenants in the areas shown
above.
