Please note, that in order to attend any of South Staffordshire Council's leisure centres SUSSED activities, your child must be aged between 5-13 years and will need to become a Get Set Points Card holder - this is easy to do and completely FREE!

To become a member of the Get Set Points Card scheme, all you need to do is complete a form at your nearest South Staffordshire Council leisure centre or apply on line by clicking on the link below. Upon applying, your child will receive their card either through the post if you have applied on line, or at reception if you apply at one of our leisure centres.

The forms are not too lengthy or difficult to fill in however if you intend on bringing your children to any of the SUSSED activities, it is advisable to complete a form in advance as they can be obtained at any time - this will help to prevent queueing and save you having to wait!

Once you have completed the form and been issued with your card - you will officially be a Get Set Points Card member! The card is really easy to use...it just has to be swiped at reception when you take part in any of the SUSSED activities at our leisure centres.

And just in case you're wandering why we insist on you being a member, it's really so that we can ensure that we have any important/medical details about your child so that when they are with us, we can make sure that we are aware and can cater for any specific needs your child might have; But we also use the system to collect data with regards to participation trends - that way we can make sure that our future SUSSED activities are popular ones and the ones that your children want to see in the programmes!
