The Power Plate offers you the opportunity to enhance the
effects of the exercise that you do during a workout. This means
that you can shorten the length of your workout without
compromising on results. While extremely useful for enhancing
overall fitness there are exercises that you can do for specific
areas of fitness, such as:
- Muscle Strength and Power
- Improved Flexibility
- Blood Circulation
- Pain Reduction
- Recovery and Regeneration
- Improved Balance and Coordination
No Instructor is needed once you have had your induction, so you
can go at your own pace. There are booklets available in the Power
Plate room to give you ideas on which exercises to do during your
25 minute session, or you can always ask a member of staff. The
programs are split into 5 key areas:

(Stretching)
2. Stability & Coordination
3. Core & Pillar
4. Strength & Power
5. Recovery & Regeneration
Mix and match these exercises to suit your
needs, the Power Plate is available Weekdays 7.00-22.00, Weekends
8.00-20.00

Power Plate Information
Sessions are for 25 minutes booked in
30 minute slots. (Can be Booked 14 days in advance).
Inductions are booked on the
same basis. 25/30 min slot. All Customers must carry out an
induction.
Power Plate Inductions
Inductions slots are every
half hour in times specified below with times subject to change due
to staff availability. Please note if slots are unavailable it may
also be due to the slots already been taken.
