Statement of Principles

On 15th December 2009 South Staffordshire District Council approved a Statement of Principles under the Gambling act 2005 to replace the existing statement which expires on 31 January 2010. The statement has been published today namely 24th December 2009 and can be viewed on the Council's website at www.sstaffs.gov.uk/licensing, namely the PDF document below, and at the Council's offices at Wolverhampton road, Codsall and in Codsall Library, Wolverhampton. The statement of principles comes into effect on 1 February 2010.
