Staffordshire County Council looks after the roads and pavements in South Staffordshire.   They have over 3,077 miles of roads, over 100,000 road lighting units and illuminated signs and 270 pedestrian and traffic control facilities.

Roads and Pavements
Potholes on the road and damaged pavements can cause injury, particularly to children, cyclists and infirm people, and can cause damage to vehicles.  
 

 

Blocked Drains on Roads 
Blocked gullies on roads are a problem as rainwater causes flooding when it can't drain away.   If you see this problem call The Highways team.

 

How to report a fault 
When you see a problem, take note of what it is and where it is.   Then call the highways team on 0300 111 8000 and their staff will ask you a few brief questions on the type of problem and its location.  Or
