Policy and Partnerships
The Policy and Partnerships team provides support and
expertise on policy, performance and partnership issues across the
council. The team work directly to the Chief Executive.
The work of the team can broadly by divided into the following
areas:
- Local Area Agreements
- Delivering the improvement
agenda
- Advising on new guidance and/or
legislation
- Drafting key documents such as
the Annual Report, Corporate Strategy, Communication
Strategies and South Staffordshire's Sustainable
Community Strategy
- Supporting and co-ordinating the work of
the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)
- Providing support for Audit Commission
Inspections and Assessments
- Co-ordinating the Residents' Panel Surveys
- Managing Freedom of
Information requests
- Performance Management
- Co-ordinating service planning and
reviews
- Community
