The Council currently manages six industrial estates.  All of the units are currently let on a full repairing and insurance basis and provide a range of sizes and specification.  Available units on these estates are included in the link below.

South Staffordshire Council positively encourages the growth and diversification of the local economy and towards this goal has undertaken numerous projects, not only to provide the infrastructure to open up land for both speculative and specific development, but to cater for the smaller end of the market and provide accommodation for new, starter and small businesses.
