South Staffordshire Council strives to promote the District for the purposes of sustainable economic development and job creation including support for inward investment.

The Council works with numerous partners to develop sustainable economic development. These include the Southern Staffordshire Partnership, the North Black Country and South Staffordshire Regeneration Zone (Future Foundations), Staffordshire County Council, the Local Strategic Partnership (Economic Vibrancy Theme Group) and the Wolverhampton Economic Competitiveness Partnership.

 

South Staffordshire Council compiles and maintains economic data sets and continues to seek external funding, including Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and European Commission funding streams.
