Compliments, Comments and Complaints
It is important that we record comments;
compliments and complaints received from customers, in order that
they can help shape the future provision of the service we
provide.
These comments compliments and complaints are
gathered from a wide range of sources including customer
satisfaction surveys, letters, telephone calls and personal
visitors to this office.
The comments compliments and complaints will
be categorised as follows:-
- The service provided
- Officers
- Council Policy
- Other services
- Other
The comments compliments and complaints will
be monitored monthly and any required action taken as
appropriate.

As a result of these compliments comments and complaints we have
taken the following action:-
- We have set up a vulnerable persons register to ensure that all
clients are able to access the Homefinder Choice Based Lettings
Scheme.
- An outreach housing advice service has been provided at
Wombourne Leisure Centre every Wednesday morning (excluding bank
holiday weeks) between 9.30 am and 12 noon. Appointments can be
arranged by contacting the number below, alternatively you can just
drop in.
We are working with our partners to provide more affordable
housing in the district.
