Information for Landlords
South Staffordshire Council recognises the vital role that
landlords operating in the private rented sector play in helping to
meet housing need across the district and therefore is keen to
develop a stronger working relationship.
We are looking to equip landlords with the knowledge needed to
be a successful landlord. We intend to do this through our Property
Accreditation Scheme, Private Landlords Forum, Private Landlords
Newsletter, and through various good practice guides.
