Core Strategy
A local planning strategy for South Staffordshire, is being
prepared and is at the heart of the Local Plan for South
Staffordshire. The Local Plan will be made up of the Core
Strategy and the Site Allocations
DPD.
The Core Strategy will set out the
long-term vision for our communities, objectives and policies to
guide the future development of the District. It will set out
how much development will take place locally and how it will be
delivered.
