You will be requested to provide evidence of PAT testing for equipment brought to site.
We are a no smoking organisation, however, a smoking shelter can be found on the top car park.
Any damages to the room / equipment will be charges
Cancellations are chargeable at 50% of the total cost of the room hire if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the meeting
Cancellations are charged at full price if cancelled on the day of room hire
Bookings are charged at full price in the case of non-attendance
Payment options include cash or card must be received at least two weeks prior to the meeting, failure to pay will result in the booking being cancelled
The named host will be asked to sign our SSTAFFS Health & Safety risk assessment for the rooms.
Risk assessment to be undertaken by the council. Risk assessment can also be undertaken by your organisation if required.
Please note that room may not be available before or after the booking times specified in the form
Please note that the host is responsible for the safety of their own staff and visitors. South Staffs council corporate risk assessments are available to view if requested, and hosts are required to undertake their own risk assessments for any events
Any large or unusual event should be discussed with South Staffordshire District Council health and Safety team at least two weeks prior to the event
Fire procedure and details of first aiders will be available in the room, and will be available in advance if requested.
