Employee Equality and Diversity Related Training
All employees are expected to be competent to act in ways that support equality and diversity. Being competent is having the combination of knowledge, ability and opportunity to improve performance.
These competencies are about developing a culture and systems within the Council that promote equality and value diversity.
There are a number of training opportunities provided by the Council that have equality related contents.
