About Us and Our Performance
At South Staffordshire Council, we are committed to providing the highest standard of customer care, regardless of how you choose to contact us. Our Customer Service team aim to provide first point of contact resolution to all of our customers as well as access to the range of services the Council provides.

Our award-winning team of trained Customer Service Advisors can provide information or advice on any of your enquiries, or point you in the right direction. We also work in partnership with other organisations to help deliver our services.
Customers contacting us in December were asked to give us feedback on our service. 100% were satisfied with the service they received.
