About Us and Our Performance
At South Staffordshire Council, we are committed to providing the highest standard of customer care, regardless of how you choose to contact us. Our Customer Service team provide first point of contact and access to the range of services the Council provides.
You can contact us by telephone, email, in person at our offices and even on Twitter and Facebook. Our award-winning team of trained Customer Service Advisors can provide information or advice on any of your enquiries, or point you in the right direction. We also work in partnership with other organisations to help deliver our services.
Our Customer Service team answered 96% of calls we received. 70% of calls were answered within 30 seconds of waiting for an Advisor.
Customers waited an average 5 minutes, 20 Seconds, to see an Advisor at our counters.
Customers contacting us in August were asked to give us feedback on our service. 82% were satisfied with the service they received.
