Important information: our new Customer Portal
Access to our existing My Account and the new Customer Portal.
The new Customer Portal gives you access to the below services:
- Garden waste subscriptions
- Bulky waste collections
- Managing your council tax, housing benefits, rent and business rates
The following services remain on My Account but will be moved over to the Customer Portal before Autumn.
- Payments
- Report It (Fly tipping, planning breaches, antisocial behaviour)
Over the coming months we will be phasing out My Account and adding more services to the new Customer Portal. My Account will be unavailable after Autumn 2023, your log in details will not work for the Customer Portal.
