Taking part in the review
If you are the owner of a property that our records say is an empty property, you will be sent a letter by CapacityGrid. The letter gives you the chance to tell us if the property is now occupied or unoccupied.
You can respond either online, or by completing and returning the form enclosed with the letter.
We would like you to respond within 14 days – if we do not receive a response, an inspection of your property may be carried out.
The quickest and simplest way to respond is online.
Make sure you have your letter with you – you will need your:
- Property reference number
