Health Kickstarter Programme

Our new Health Kickstarter Programme has been designed to provide you with everything you need including regular sessions with our fitness experts, who will help you to get the best start in your new health and fitness journey. Our 8 week course will give you the following:

  • Full access at any time at our centres (full membership)
  • Weekly group personal training sessions
  • In-depth advice on nutrition, healthy weight control and a food diary
  • A booklet on all elements including food, sleep, and hints and tips on exercise
  • plus regular health checks, weigh ins and all the tools you need to make this year, YOUR year.

We have very limited places on the Kickstarter programme - this is so that we make sure our team are able to put every effort into helping you to achieve your goals!

Each week, you will be guided through a different topic from training to nutrition by one of our dedicated instructors, where we discuss different areas of fitness, conduct a weekly weigh in and take part in a group workout. This is the perfect course if you are new to the gym, with support the whole way from instructors and staff; or if you want to learn more about calories and food; meet new people along the way and work together.

Participants will sign up to the same time and day every week for eight weeks at your chosen leisure centre. Here are each centres day/time for Januarys Kickstarter:

  • Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre Slot: Thursday 6:45 – 7:45pm
  • Penkridge Leisure Centre Slot: Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30pm
  • Codsall Leisure Centre Slot: Tuesday 6:45 – 7:45pm
  • Wombourne Leisure Centre Slot: Saturday 11:45am – 12:45pm

The courses will start week commencing Monday 20 January 2020

Non-Members £79.00 (8 week course)

Members £40.00 (8 week course)

(minimum deposit of £20 on booking)

  • Full membership for the duration of the programme to use at any centre
  • PDF booklet which is yours to keep, with all the course material for each week
  • Weekly weigh in
  • Measurements taken on week 1, 4 and 8
  • Participants are encouraged to take progress photos if they want to
  • Each week your group will be taken through a team workout in the gym or studio so you get confident in using all equipment
  • Guidance on calories and nutrition for healthy weight loss
  • A focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • Health checks available throughout
