South Staffordshire Council Plan

South Staffordshire Council launched its new Council Plan in May 2016 - Your Council Supporting Your Place and Your Communities.

The plan for 2016-2020 is built around three priorities:

1. A Skilled and Prosperous District
2. A Safe and Sustainable District
3. A Connected District

The plan is supported by three key Council values:

• A Customer Focused Organisation
• Value for Money
• Working in Partnership

Annual targets have been set for each of the Council Plan priorities.

A Performance Story Board has been developed to capture the positive differences being made within the District over the life of the plan, using a combination of infographics, photos and case studies.

We would now like to share with you the results for the first quarter for 2016-2017.
