Don't Lose your Voice – Annual Canvass 2019

Residents are urged to look out for their Household Enquiry Forms (HEFs) in the post

All South Staffordshire residents must complete their HEFs as this is a UK legal requirement. South Staffordshire Council need to keep the electoral register up to date and identify any residents who are not registered. If anyone over the age of 18 is not registered this will mean they will not be able to take part in future elections.

The easiest way to respond is to complete the form online  - step by step details and reference codes can be found on the front of the HEF you have received through the post.

Alternatively, you can return your HEF in the post in the prepaid envelope provided.

Any residents who have any questions can contact their local registration team at  or by telephone 01902696121.

Thank you to all the residents who have already completed their forms!
