Self Service gives you on-line access to view your entitlement to Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.  This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

You can; 

• View your Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support claim details. 
• Check your benefit entitlement. 
• see what payments have been made and when next payments are due. 
• Check information used to calculate benefit entitlement. 
• Receive e-notifications (Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support letters online). 

Landlords can also register and view; 

• When receiving Housing Benefit payments, the date in which payments have been made and when the next payments are due to be received 
• details of Housing Benefit weekly reclaim deductions. 
• e-notifications (Housing Benefit letters online).
