Moving in or out?

You need to provide:

• The name of proprietor, trading name or Limited company name.
• Your contact details
• Address of where you're moving to
• Tenancy start date and Landlords name & address or
• Previous owners name & date of sale.
• The date you are moving in
• The property reference number, if known.
• Are these the only premises you are trading from.  See Small Business Rates Relief for more info.  If no, please provide address(es) of other properties you are liable for.

If you currently pay Business Rates to South Staffordshire Council and are moving to another address within our area.

You need to provide:

Property vacating:

• your Business Rates account number (if known)
• The liable name on the account (sole name, trading name or limited company name) 
• The address of the property you are vacating
• your contact details
• Date moved out.
• Your tenancy end date/date sold
• The landlords name and address or new owners name and address

Property moving into:

• The full address you are moving to.
• Tenancy start date/date purchased
• Date you moved in
• The landlord name and address or previous owners name and address
• Are these the only premises you are trading from.  See Small Business Rates Relief for more info.  If no, please provide address(es) of other properties you are liable for.

You need to provide:

• Your Business Rates account number

• Your contact details
