  • Residents who live on roads near to the school as they are having problems with access to their drives or experiencing abuse from drivers parking their vehicles across their driveways;
  • The community who live on the roads near to the school as they watch the grass verges become quagmires.

Please consider some health benefits by parking and walking your children to school - a brisk walk can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities:

  • Park considerably in Fair Oaks Drive near the grass verge opposite Lilac Lane and have a 4.5-minute walk to school
  • Park considerably further down Holly Lane to reduce congestion around the school and have a 3 minute walk to school
  • Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy, as well as reducing your risk of stress, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease.
  • This will also give a healthy start to the day for your child(ren) too.
