Our telephone, email and social media contact centre is open Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Our telephone lines are less busy between 2pm and 4pm - a better time to call to avoid waiting.
Our offices are open to visitors Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm.
We are closed on most bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
